01必须登录才能使用拾灵吗？Do I have to sign in?
不需要。你可以选择“先体验，不登录”，完整使用拍照、养成、专注与本地功能。Apple 或 Google 登录只用于保存身份并为后续社交功能做准备。
No. Choose Try without signing in to use photo awakening, growth, focus and local features. Apple or Google sign-in is optional and prepares your identity for future social features.
02为什么无法读取运动或睡眠数据？Why can’t ShiLing read my activity or sleep?
请前往 iPhone“设置”或“健康”App，确认已允许拾灵读取所需的数据类型。部分睡眠数据需要 Apple Watch 或兼容的睡眠记录来源。
Open Settings or the Health app on your iPhone and confirm that ShiLing can read the requested data types. Some sleep data requires an Apple Watch or another compatible sleep source.
03拾灵会修改我的健康数据吗？Does ShiLing modify my Health data?
不会。拾灵只读取你授权的数据来计算经验值，不会写入或修改健康记录。
No. ShiLing only reads the data you authorize to calculate experience and does not write to or modify Health records.
04照片会被上传吗？Are my photos uploaded?
不会。伙伴生成在设备上完成，原始照片不会上传或展示给其他玩家。真人竞技仅同步伙伴的像素资料与战斗属性。
No. Companion creation happens on-device. Original photos are not uploaded or shown to other players. Online competition syncs only pixel-companion and battle information.
05桌面小组件没有更新怎么办？What if the Home Screen widget does not update?
请先打开一次拾灵并完成伙伴生成，然后长按桌面小组件选择“编辑小组件”，或移除后重新添加。系统可能根据电量和使用情况延迟刷新。
Open ShiLing and create a companion first. Then long-press the widget to edit it, or remove and add it again. iOS may delay refreshes based on battery and usage.
06如何删除我的数据？How do I delete my data?
删除应用会移除本地存档。如需删除 CloudKit 中的公开竞技资料，请发送邮件并附上伙伴昵称，我们会协助处理。
Deleting the app removes local saves. To delete a public competition profile from CloudKit, email us with the companion nickname and we will assist.
