Privacy Policy

健康与健身数据

在获得你的明确授权后，拾灵通过 Apple HealthKit 读取步数、锻炼时间、活动能量和睡眠记录，用于计算伙伴经验值。原始健康数据仅在设备上处理，不会上传至我们的服务器，也不会用于广告、用户画像或数据交易。拾灵不会写入或修改健康数据。

With your explicit permission, ShiLing reads steps, exercise time, active energy and sleep records through Apple HealthKit to calculate companion experience. Raw health data is processed only on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers or used for advertising, profiling or data trading. ShiLing does not write to or modify Health data.

照片

只有当你主动选择照片时，拾灵才会读取该照片，用于在设备上生成伙伴的种类、配色、性格和缩略图。原始照片不会公开给其他玩家。应用会在本地保存缩小后的缩略图，用于展示现实原型。

ShiLing accesses a photo only after you choose it. The photo is used on-device to create your companion’s type, palette, personality and thumbnail. Original photos are never made public. A reduced thumbnail is stored locally to represent the real-world origin.

可选登录资料

你可以不登录而使用核心功能。若选择 Apple 或 Google 登录，应用会在设备上保存登录服务提供的账户标识符，以及你允许提供的显示名称或电子邮箱，用于识别登录状态。Apple 与 Google 会按照各自的隐私政策处理登录请求；拾灵不会将登录互动用于广告。

You can use core features without signing in. If you choose Apple or Google sign-in, the app stores the account identifier and any display name or email you allow the provider to share on your device to remember sign-in status. Apple and Google process the sign-in request under their own privacy policies. ShiLing does not use sign-in interactions for advertising.

专注数据

应用内专注计时的时长保存在你的设备上，用于计算经验值。拾灵不会读取其他应用的使用记录。

Focus-session duration is stored on your device and used to calculate experience. ShiLing does not read your activity in other apps.

联网竞技资料

真人竞技使用 Apple CloudKit 同步伙伴昵称、像素造型与配色、等级、战斗属性、技能配置，以及随机生成的玩家别名，以便其他玩家发现并进行异步自动对战。健康数据、原始照片和照片缩略图不会随竞技资料上传。

Online competition uses Apple CloudKit to sync your companion’s nickname, pixel appearance and palette, level, battle stats, skill setup, and a randomly generated player alias for asynchronous automatic battles. Health data, original photos and photo thumbnails are never included.

本地养成数据保存在应用沙盒中。联网竞技资料由 Apple CloudKit 托管，并受 Apple 的账户和平台安全机制保护。我们不会出售个人信息，也不会把健康数据用于广告。除使用 CloudKit 提供竞技功能及法律要求的情形外，我们不会向第三方披露这些信息。

Local progress is stored in the app sandbox. Online competition profiles are hosted by Apple CloudKit and protected by Apple’s account and platform safeguards. We do not sell personal information or use Health data for advertising. We do not disclose this information to third parties except to provide competition through CloudKit or where required by law.

你可以随时在 iPhone 的“健康”或“设置”中撤销 HealthKit 与照片权限，也可以在 App 的“我的”页面移除本地登录资料。删除应用会移除设备上的本地存档。如需删除 CloudKit 中的公开伙伴资料，请通过下方邮箱联系我们，并提供伙伴昵称及可帮助我们定位资料的信息。

You may revoke HealthKit and photo permissions at any time in Health or Settings on your iPhone, and remove locally stored sign-in information from the Account tab. Deleting the app removes local saves from your device. To request deletion of a public companion profile stored in CloudKit, email us with the companion nickname and information that helps us locate the record.

拾灵不以收集儿童个人信息为目的。如果监护人认为儿童未经同意提交了个人信息，请联系我们处理。

ShiLing is not designed to collect children’s personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information without consent may contact us for assistance.

如功能或数据处理方式发生重大变化，我们会更新本政策，并在应用或发布页面中作出适当提示。

If features or data practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice in the app or on this page.
